A New Way to Manage Your Account

No one likes paying bills. But what we can do is make the process of managing your Lords account just a little easier – with a brand new service.

  • View and manage your invoices
  • Pay online
  • Request a credit limit increase
  • View past orders and payments
  • Manage your saved addresses

 

How to get started

If you already have a trade account, you’ll need to reset your password. Don’t worry if that sounds sus – there’s a safe and secure way to do it.

Click on the link below and select ‘Reset your password’. You’ll then get an email from noreply@lordsbm.co.uk asking you to choose a new one. Log in to your account, follow the rest of the instructions and that’s it – you’ll be all set to go.
