Branch Manager – Huntingdon Timber

This is a great opportunity to join us as the Branch Manager of Cambridgeshire’s leading independent Timber merchants. Our Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of our operations, including sales, customer service and inventory management. You will be excited about developing and maintaining a great customer base, establishing a good rapport with new and existing clients in the area.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and service excellence

HGV Driver – Hevey Northampton

We are currently recruiting an HGV Driver to join the team at our branch in Moulton Park, Northampton. You will be an integral part of a thriving, busy team, delivering building materials to our customers, loading and unloading safely and maintaining a high level of customer care and service.

Applicants should possess a current Class 1 or Class 2 (Cat C & E) licence. Ideally you will also hold a valid HIAB Crane Licence.

The daily duties of the job will be delivering building materials. You will occasionally be expected to assist in the yard and load your own vehicle – a forklift license would be an advantage.

Hours: 7am-5pm Mon-Fri, 7.30am-12.30pm alternate Saturdays

Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Executive – Hevey Kettering


We are seeking a motivated and creative Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will combine your sales expertise with your design skills to create beautiful and functional kitchen and bathroom spaces for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the entire process from the initial consultation, designing layouts using CAD software (Articad), and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. You will also oversee the project through to installation, ensuring client satisfaction and a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Consultation: Drive sales by actively reaching out to potential customers and following up on leads. Understand customer needs and offer expert advice on product selection, design, and budget.
  • CAD Design: Use CAD software to create detailed kitchen and bathroom designs based on customer requirements, space constraints, and style preferences.
  • End-to-End Project Management: Manage the process from the initial consultation through to installation, working closely with the design, sales, and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Quote and Proposal Preparation: Prepare quotes, proposals, and detailed design presentations for clients, ensuring clarity on costings and expected outcomes.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, products, and technologies in the kitchen and bathroom industry.
  • Site Visits: Attend client meetings and site visits as required to ensure designs meet the customer's vision and functional needs.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, sales-driven individual with a passion for kitchen design to join our dynamic team in Sudbury. This is an exciting opportunity to manage an outstanding showroom and create tailored kitchen designs for our clients, as well as conducting site visits throughout the Sudbury area.

As a Kitchen Showroom Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the showroom reflects our high standards, while using your expertise in CAD design to create bespoke kitchen solutions. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive showroom sales through excellent customer service and tailored kitchen design consultations.
  • Create and present bespoke kitchen designs using CAD software (Articad knowledge is a bonus).
  • Maintain showroom presentation and product stock to the highest standard.
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide design solutions.
  • Foster and nurture long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
